Aseana One, Aseana Holdings Inc.’s (AHI) first Office/BPO project recently received its PEZA accreditation as an Information Technology Zone. Aseana One is the first of four office-commercial projects in the company’s flagship development, Aseana City. It is a 12 storey office project, with 20,000sqm gross floor area, designed to specifically cater to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

BSG, with nine (9) international locations, recently signed with Aseana Holdings Inc. (AHI) to build and establish its Manila branch in Aseana City, the company’s flagship project. Currently, BSG has locations in Moscow, Tashkent, Pamplona, Marbella, Sao Paolo, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur.

Aseana One, Aseana Holdings Inc.’s (AHI) first Office/BPO project recently topped. Aseana One is the first of four office-commercial projects in the company’s flagship development, Aseana City.

It is a 12 storey office project, with 20,000sqm gross floor area, designed to specifically cater to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Among its key features are 100% back-up power, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air-conditioning, higher allowances and redundancies of utilities per square meter, and space planning flexibility which can attract both traditional corporate office and BPO tennants.
